LUSH Party with Chivas!

Thats right...how could I miss this one! It was the Lush party sponsored by my great boys from Chivas and it was a blast! We were back at the National Museum in Muse Bar for this one and as you would expect, with all the Chivas flowing, I had a great time! Jeremy and Elaina were there of course together with Chris Ho, Boon's partner from Indonesia Satia,....and of course Bernard and more of the usual suspects! They had a really interesting giant size Martini glass of vodka jelly's and finger food that was quite good! Must say a big thank you to Brandon for his hospitality! Oh...also must really try keep the booze intake in check though....had a splitting headache from a big nite out on the town...as usual!!! (Hmmm...I think I have said this repeatedly before though......oh well....CHEERS!!!)

Solitaire Nite @ Novus

Solitaire Magazine had their anniversary party at Novus Restuarant and Bar on a Tuesday nite out on the town so Felicia and myself headed down to check it out. Was quite a interesting little party with a rather interesting crowd of mainly industry people. Caught Christina Liang there together with Sulian and Julian as well as connected with Maxime Labey who has now moved to Chopard from Jager. The party had a disctinct lack of food so we hooked up with Rosemary and headed to Timbre to catch up with our new partner Danny and enjoy their excellent pizza's! YUMMMMM!
Just in case you guys think all I do is have a life after the sun goes down, I actually do stuff in the day too! Alvin had invited me to participate in the SilkAir Monopoly Challenge so off I went on a Sat afternoon to play a game I haven't touched in more than 15 years! Well...playing against 3 young bucks was sure interesting....I found out that some of them play it day and night online actually...but of course, you cannot beat age and experience over being young and energetic and I happily kicked ass! Actually, I came in 10th out of the 1000 participants on the heats so I was invited back the next day to compete against the top 16! Well...it sure was exciting as we were told all 16 of us were assured of winning a pair of tickets to somewhere! Well...had to drag my ass down to Ngee Ann at 10 am for a 12.30 heat.....and played on a board that was 50 m X 50 m!!! Was quite fun throwing the huge dice!! Hahahaha! I got off to a quick start bagging the 3 purples and building first....but unfortuantely didn't sitck to my game plan to get the reds or yellow's and ended up hitting 2 red hotels that knocked me out of the game. Oh well...at least I got a pair of tickets to Cebu!!! Overall a good day that ended up at night out on the town!!

Conrad's Birthday

What can I say about Conrad but he is sure DA MAN! When he throws a party everyone turns up! And now he is involved with this interesting Lychee Vodka thing with Shannon, it even gets more interesting! As expected the whole tribe turned up, Amanda before she left for Europe, David Furman-Lim...forgot Christabelle Campbell's name who is our 3rd runner up in Miss World (I am still wondering how I got to know her from way back when....) Belle, Andrea Fonseka...and alot of booze! Of course we moved to MoS later where we caught up with Michael and Stanley who introduced me to their good friend from Hong Kong Lambert who is in a similar business as me and who I am hooking up with! Shawn also turned up.....and it all turned out to be a long long big big nigt out on the town....man...this is getting to be too hard!! Hahahaha!

Velvet turns 16!!!

Yep...Velvet turns sweet 16 and of course we had to make a presence there. George had secured a table with Chou and eventually we all turned up to soak in the atmosphere. All the boys were there with the exception of our dear old friend Victor Sujanani. Belle, Stephanie, Jerome, Jacq....and all the other boys. Shawn got so smashed it was quite funny!!! Was still very tired and recovering from SINGfest but none the less we had a ball of the time and as you would expect, a big nite out on the town in my home gound, Velvet!! Also managed to catch old friends Mike Kasem from my MTV days as well as Vernetta Lopez who is getting married to Wayne the pool hustler....all good...all old friends...all a big nite out!!!

SINGfest 2007 in Pictures..

Thats right.....it wasn't quite a nite out on the town but more like a whole week! SINGfest 07 finally starts after weeks of preparation and of course I was in the thick of things. For this festival, my job was to clear all the bands at the airport and get them on their way to the hotels as well as do all the other logistic work such as security, transport, promotions and marketing and all the other little bits and pieces. It was a mamoth undertaking.....16 bands.....and some of them were my all time fav's! Pet Shop Boys, Cindi Lauper, Sugar Ray, Shaggy, The Stranglers, Sasha Bach Band, Hinder, MXPX, Avenged Sevenfold, Gym Class Hero's, The Noisettes, Cobra Starship, Crowned Kings, One Buck Short and local boys Great Spy Experiment! My only complaint is that I only got to see a little of Shaggy's set and Gym Class Hero's set on the second day. But I got to spend great time with some of the fantastic artiste....dinner with Cindi Lauper at Il Lido, pictures with Shaggy, Pet Shop Boys, Mark McGraw...and all the other bands...it was a wild rocking ride with little or no sleep...not much food...but what a show! Kudos to the team, Michael, Mel, Peter, Sunder....and the girls, Adeline, Elaine, Natalyn who took on two bands, EV, Crystal and of course Claris. I do wonder why I subject myself to this sometimes but I doing this biz is like a drug. Once you hear the thousands of people screaming and rocking to the tunes, its a unbelieveable high! Oh well.....next stop...Black Eye Peas!

F1 Hungary @ THUMPER

Another nite out on the town with the Ferrari Club and my fav sport, F1. This time the race had moved to Hungry and of course we had moved as well....to Thumper! The usual boys turned up, Royston, Tim, Arthur, Daniel and Karen with their baby, Edward, Rudy and Ismay. Eng and Alexis joined in as well with the Mumm's and off we were expecting a Ferrari win. Alas, it was not to be again with the remarkable talents of Lewis Hamilton leading from start to finish. This kid is really good! Of noteable mention was also the HUGE screen that Thumper had secured for us. It was from floor to ceiling and wit the audio hooked up to the house sound system, we sure had a fantastic view of the race. Of course the carpark looked real good with the Maserati's and Ferrari's parked there but I must say the one that really stole my imagination was a restored Ferrari Testarossa that Tim drove. Can you imagine that Tim has 3 Ferrari's??? Too bad he doesn't have a cute daughter for me to chase! Anyway....the Testarossa is one of my boyhood dream cars, a white one being featured in one of my all time fav TV show, Miami Vice. Tim as the exact same model here and is only one of 3 on the road. Woah!!! I LIKE!!! Must try to get a ride in one some day!
