Chivas @ The Cavanagh Bridge with Kyoto Massive Jazz

In the tradition of throwing parties in unusual places, Chivas secured the Cavanagh Bridge to throw their party with Kyoto Massive Jazz. A very cool event with fantastic music and great company. I had secured my usual invites...and so with a whole bunch of boys from the office like Richard Clements, Simon, Alan, Ganesan and James headed down. Swapped our wristbands to the VIP black ones...and off we went into the air con VIP area. My good friend Raymond who came up with the idea when he was still Marketing Director of Pernod Ricard was there, as was a whole bunch of other friends....Ross Knudson, Shah from B*One and of course we met Franck, the Pernod Ricard Managing Director. There was a whole bunch of celebs there to...Andrea Fonseka and Lance, Hamish Brown, Nat Wee and Mark Chan from HRC, Conrad Chua, Peter Prentice as well as Eng and Eddy from Pernod. OH yeah! We were happily going at the Chivas 18! Outstanding man!!! For some strange reason, dragged Simon over to Velvet and met Tricia, her mum and sister there so had more than a few with them before calling it a great end to a fantastic night out on the town. Thanks Chivas!!!

F1 at Sepang.....

Our next gathering to watch the F1 was at the Hong Seh city office...the Maserati Showroom. It was the Malaysian Sepang F1 so quite a number of the boys had acutally made the drive up to catch it live but there was more than a few of us that was happily on hand to enjoy our own afternoon. Edward hosted the day....and of course present were Rudy and Peter, Roywas naturally there with good friend like Victor Ow....Jaacky See, Bobby H, Daniel Ou as well as Derick Wong....and Doc! Well...great thing was that Kimmi did a fantastic run and won the day for us....but Massa didn't do that well. There was also a cool Maserati GranTurismo in the showroom that day so took the chance to check it out. Cool rite? Love that front grill. We celebrated in true fashion by a drive around down Orchard Road! A good start indeed! Not a typical night out on the town but no less fun!

Jeremy in Members...AGAIN!

After Clarke Quay...had every intension to head home...and as it so happened, Jeremy buzzed to say that he was in town so of course I swung down to Member's for a few...and well...it sure didn't turn out to be a few! Was quite a party with the boys in full effect! Jeremy was there obviously as was Alice, Yi Lin....and more than a few bottles....actually it was quite NUTS! Obvously a big night out on the town by pure accident. Jeremy! Jeremy...you are so bad for my liver my friend! But it was alot of fun!!!!! Oh! And thanks to Jeremy....we had BLUE LABEL to drink! Oh YEAH!!!

A Party @ Arena...then Le Noir!

Slow Saturdays are not good for me....staying home..chilling out...bored...and then...with full intension to have a quiet one...but instead end up off to Arena to check out some strange party. I should have known better! Oh well....met up with Mike by pure accident...and then Josh and his friend! Turned out to be a cool nite out on the town meeting new friends and generally having a rocking good time. Dropped into Le Noir and caught up with Rachel and Riaz for a few before calling it a early night home....

FHM 3Some Party @ Thumper

FHM was throwing a big party at Thumper so off we went for a big night out...and indeed it was! Everyone turned up....Boon, Roy, Edward...James...Sylvia and Cheryl....and loads more! If this was the sign of things to come...Thumper is hopefully going on the right track. Man....drank too much champagne way too fast and ended up quite blasted! Oh well....got to try to remember control next time...hahahaha! HICK! Agnes turned up...as did Gillian....and off we went to Velvet where we met Tricia and more friends! Man...what a night out on the town!!!

A Weekday Party at Roys Office

Missed this little entry...but Roy had organized a Wed nite party at his office with some of the boys. David brought some friends....Roy bought some friends...and me??? Well...I just turned up! It was a good flowing of champagne and great company that turned out to be a great nite out on the town! Funny man! Some people can really really drink....and lucky we called it a early night out before things got too out of control....making sure I didnt have a hang over the next day!

F1 Melbourne @ St Regis

It was the first race of the season and of course we had all gathered to cheer Scuderia Ferrari on! The Ferrari Owners Club had their AGM before the race...and as the hotel raced to get the function room ready for us all to watch the race, the new committee was formed. Dr Ben was the President again with Franck M as VP, Roy got the membership portfolio....and a couple of new faces joined in the committee. Well....off we were to watch the race and guess what?...the hotel could not get the signal ready to the ballroom so we had to move to 4 rooms...what a bummer! This was a sign of poor things to come with Massa not finishing the race and Hamilton coming in first. Disappointing...but oh well....the season is long! There was good Mumm's champagne though and the commuity is strong with many more nites out on the town where we are sure to celebrate victory!Forza Ferrari!

Seedoo Time Trials with Squadron 15!!!

It was a fantastic Saturday morning and off we were on HySeas II with the boys trailing on their jet skis! Was a real hot hot Sat as we headed off to Pulau Hantu for the time trials of the new SeaDoo that Vig had brought in....and boy were we ready for a good time! On board with us was Arthur, Royston, Vig....and in the flotilla were Chris, Elmer...even David, Chuan, Christabelle, Pan Mei and a couple of other new friends! It was quite a blast all the way up to Pulau Hantu where we had a big family BBQ but the weather was a little unkind and caught us all as we were wrapping up. Well...we headed back to the Marina and after a long day, I guess it was a great way to spend the day instead of a big night out on the town!
