NASA predicts Worldwide Holiday on Feb 1, 2019 as the world is scheduled to end....
Yes..the party animal finally records his nights out...and makes an effort to try to at least stay sober to remember what I ended up doing! People always say that its not the destination but the journey that counts...but all I say is that so long as you end up in a room with great music, cool company and a glass of Chivas...the rest doesn't matter.

Assorted Pics of Parties and People that I Miss...
Hey there.....some pic's and parties that I haven't blogged about...but no less quite happening! Things like Desmond's farewell before he left for Hong Kong to stay with Adrian Lam no less (beware women of Hong Kong!!!!), Anastasia and Edward after Schumi blew out in China....Steven and sweet Shirley getting wasted at Members....Grace, Jessie and me kickin' ass at 5-10, my old friend Audrey Chan and Stephanie one random night...and even some strange afternoon I had to go for reservist! Hahahaha! Not really nites on the town but.....memorable times indeed!
T-Party...or Not T-Party...thats the Question!
Saturday comes rolling around again and its another T-Party! This time, it was a big one with the wrap party for the contestants from the Miss Earth Contest in the house as well as with the support of FHM. It was a full on charged out nite with everyone in the mood to kick up a storm as the Moet flowed (the free Vodka flowed faster though!!!)....the crowd danced and and everyone had a Humping Thumin' good time! Cheryl Hansen, the organizer of Miss Earth was there, Brenda Wang who was one of the first managers in charge of Thumper (Congrat's Brenda on the birth of your new baby!!!) turned up, Alvin Chan from FHM, David Chin.... Thomas Fernandez, Prakash, Sam as well as Simon Lim.. Serene Zhou, Lafone and her Miss Earth Girls, Paul Foster and Cherine.....and all the boys partied the night away in grand style for a great nite on the town.
Ferrari Gala Dinner 2006
AH! Finally it was time to dress up! The tux was dusted off and the cufflinks were new...and of course the occasion was the Ferrari Club Gala Dinner held at the Island Ballroom of the Shangri-La Hotel. Though I pitched for this event, it was unfortunate that I didn't get it...but it ment that I could attend as a guest of my good friend Royston! The theme was as a Casion night...and all the proceedes that were to go to charity that night. Franck as Chairman managed to get casino quality chips which were sold at $10 bucks per chip (which all went to the charity) and which the punters could go and play for more chips! Every 5 chips entitled you to one raffle ticket with great prizes to be won....so off we went to hit the jackpot! Franck got off to a fantastic start playing roulette and hitting on 32 quite a number of times! What luck considering 1 pays 35 I think! I hit the blackjack table with 10 chips and actually went up to 30 plus chips till they changed dealer and wiped me out back to my original 10. Easy come...easy go I suppose... Dinner commenced and we had a rocking time at Royston's table. Sitting with us was Elize, a couple of Royston's other guest and next to me was well known local blogger Feliza! The champange flowed and flowed with two magnums on each table and as the night proceeded, we all got geared up for the auction. Comedian Hossan Leong hosted the show and got things going with a few interesting items but the one everyone had their eye on was the watch. Royston had his blank cheque in hand ready to bid for the limited edition Panerai Ferrari watch which was pegged at about $8K plus...but in the end some other person outbid him to pay $20 grand for it! Franck put a bid in and won a huge wine chiller which Giorgio kindly sponsored to be filled with wine at the last moment! Of course, the role call of people at the function was a who's who of the scene...Arthur Tay and wife, Howard Kim and his spouse, Edward Tan and Anastasia, Rudy, Julian and Su Lian, Franck and his 9 angles.... Giorgio....oh what a night out on the town and oh what a hang over!!!! Wonder if I get invited back next year!

Here we go...its another T-Party!!!
Hey there...it was a hazy Sat night and the boys and girls from the industry gathered as usual at Thumper to rock the night away. With the PSI going up to 150 that night...no supprise that everyone prefered to stay indoors and rock with the band. Wendy took the night off with her best friend....while everyone from Chris Wilson to David Chin, Sheena and Serene (who somehow managed to lose her phone somewhere!!!), Cherine, Paul Foster...David and who's that guitar playing army boy again??? Hahahaha! Was totally bored so off I went to Members and caught up with Jessie, Grace and Jamie while the main bunch were happily boping away at Dragonfly which is just too far away in the haze. A night out on the hazy town indeed!
The Merchants Rock the Hard Rock!
Yes Sir! The Merchants of Psychedelia had a really rocking gig at Hard Rock with a nearly packed house! Jon, Marcus, Michael and Sister Mary really had a fantastic gig that night and from the rousing support of the crowd which included Nat as well as Hans Hallan, GM of Carlsberg who was really quite impressed! I am really glad that they have been improving! Jon took duty with lead vocals that night and their original compostion "Retro Dancing Girl" really woke up the house. You could imagine our supprise when the crowd started screaming for an encore...which led the band to kick a rousing last song of the Beatles classic, "Love Me Do". As manager of this new band, I am really feeling the love and pride. These guys have really put alot of effort and heart into their music and I am looking for great things from them in the future. A really cool end to the night was when the house band got the boys up one at a time....Sister Mary played a song....then we got Marcus up to sing...and finally Jon took the stage! A excellently wonderful night out on the town! ROCKIN MAN!!!
A Good T-Party!!!
My Sat nights have been fully occupied with our T-Parties in Thumper and usually I don't blog about it cause its just lots of leggy models drinking free vodka and having a rocking good time but this one was different. At the start of this night out on the town, some of our familar models such as Alla and Antoniette were in the house as well as our usual boys, David, Paul Foster and even Cherine turning up! In efffect tonite was Thomas Fernandez as well as Sam Chia and also the hot chicks from the Jim Beam Posse swung in for a few. The night rocked on when Daniel Ou hung around till late with Edwin, Yvonne, Clarice and Patrick kicking up a storm! How fun!
Dragonfly......A Hip Hop Canto Club!
Dragonfly at the St James Power Station is one of the newest clubs in town so off I went to go check it out. Canto live music with William Scorpion....Sly from Singapore Idol...and a whole host of hot dancers....then the DJ comes in with great Hip Hop! Isn't that strange??? Anyway...caught up with Dennis Foo who got his staff to give me the grand tour of the whole place including Mono, the KTV upstairs. Though KTV isn't really my thing, but it sure has one of the best sound systems from D & B ever installed in a small room. Franck and the boys were in the house as well as Edward and the Ferrari boys. Its supprising just how many people working there I know! Kelly who is gonna manage "The Bellini Room", Steven Cheng who used to be my assistant at Funky Town and who now manages Dragonfly, Andrew Ing, their COO, Eric Lam, their Director of Operations and even Craig Burriage....in charge of their sound and lighting system! Of course I caught da man Dennis himself and had a few with him before calling it a good night out on the town!
The Glenlivet Launch!
Whoops...forgot to add another post! This one was extra special to me.....and of course...it has to do with the nectar of the God's...WHISKEY! Yes folks...THE GLENLIVET has arrived! One of the finest single malt's known to man and beast had their launch at The Arts House and of course your truly was kindly invited by Raymond to partake of the experience...and what an experience it was. As I walked into Q Bar....bumped into Peter Prentice from Pernod Ricard who was shooting some story for Channel News Asia for their program "What Men Want, Really" and was drafted in as a stunt double to taste the whiskey! Of course we then ended up chilling while waiting for 8 pm to kick off the tasting. We wondered into the Arts House and was lucky that we were let into take a peek at the actual Parliment Chamber! Of course we took full advantage of it with Raymond doing his best impression of being an MP and our guest Simon from Pernod Ricard Asia who came all the way in from Hong Kong having a chance to see this truly unique room. It was a truly wonderful experience learning about how special this fantastic tipple was made...and what topped it all of was the chance to try the full range of Glenlivets. The ultimate icing on the cake was the last glass...a glass (or two or three) of one of the most expensive Single Malts on the planet...The Cellar Collection circa 1972! Boys and girls...its $4000 bucks a bottle!!! Even Peter had not tried it yet! A truly exqusite night out on the town with a fantastic whiskey. Heavenly!
